SLACK INTEGRATION

Get Sandbox Alerts in Slack — The Moment They Happen

Connect your Sandbox inbox to any Slack channel. Every email received, SMS logged, or webhook captured fires an instant Slack message — with sender, subject, and a direct link to inspect it.

WHY CONNECT SLACK

Your team is already in Slack. Bring Sandbox alerts there too

QA engineers watching an inbox tab, backend developers refreshing a webhook list, developers asking "did the email arrive?" over Slack — all of it goes away when you connect Sandbox to Slack.

Every inbox event fires a Slack message instantly. Your team sees it in the channel, clicks the link, and opens the full event in Sandbox. No tab switching. No polling. No asking.

USE CASES

Your team, connected to every Inbox Event

QA team sign-off on OTP delivery

Your QA engineer is validating the SMS OTP flow. Instead of watching the SMS inbox, they get a Slack notification the moment the OTP lands — with the code preview and a direct link.

Backend team notified on webhook events

Connect your webhook project to a backend team Slack channel. Every payload that fires — Stripe, GitHub, internal services — sends an instant message with the event type and a link to the full payload.

Email template review coordination

Connect your staging email inbox to your design team's Slack channel. The moment a new test email arrives, the designer is notified and can open it directly in Sandbox for HTML/preview review.

Slack alerts for failed deliveries

Get instant Slack notifications when emails or SMS fail in the sandbox. Quickly catch delivery issues, debug errors, and fix problems before they reach real users.

FAQ'S

The things developers ask about the Slack Integration

Which Slack channel do alerts get posted to?

Whichever channel you choose during setup. You can pick a different channel per inbox or project, or route everything to one shared alerts channel.

Can I connect multiple Slack workspaces?

Yes. Each Sandbox account can connect to as many Slack workspaces as you need, with each connection scoped to its own set of inboxes.

Does the Slack alert include the full event content?

Each alert includes the event type, sender or source, a subject or payload preview, and a direct link — clicking it opens the full event in Sandbox.

Can I limit alerts to specific inboxes only?

Yes. During setup you choose exactly which inboxes and projects should trigger alerts on this Slack connection — nothing else will post.

Is there a delay between an event happening and the Slack alert?

No. Alerts fire immediately after the event lands in your Sandbox inbox — there is no polling or batching delay.
