WHAT ARE SANDBOX ALERTS

Stop watching the inbox. Start getting notified.

Every time an event lands in your Sandbox inbox — an email, an SMS, a webhook payload — Sandbox can fire an instant notification to your connected platform.

Your QA engineer doesn't need a browser tab open to know when the OTP arrived. Your backend developer doesn't need to refresh the webhook inbox to see if the payload fired. Your team gets notified the moment it happens — in the tool they're already using.

One integration, connected once. Alerts on every event from that point forward.

INTEGRATIONS

Connect where your team already works.

Slack

Send alerts to any Slack channel the moment an email, SMS, or webhook arrives in your inbox. Keep your QA and backend teams in sync without leaving Slack.

Discord

Route Sandbox events to your Discord server. Useful for dev communities, open source teams, and QA groups that already coordinate on Discord.

Custom Webhook

When a Sandbox event takes place, initiate an outbound HTTP POST request to your desired endpoint. This allows you to integrate seamlessly with your internal dashboard, alerting system, or any bespoke tools you may have, ensuring that you are not tied to any specific platform.

Microsoft Teams

Alert your Teams channel on every inbox event. Keeps enterprise teams and cross-functional stakeholders informed without switching tools.

Telegram

Instant Telegram messages via Zunoy's bot for distributed or remote teams. Lightweight, fast, and available on every device without a desktop client.

TRIGGERS

Every inbox event. Every channel. Instantly.

Alerts fire on every event in the connected inbox. No filtering — every event notifies.

Email Received

Fires when an email lands in a connected inbox

SMS Received

Fires when an SMS payload arrives in a connected inbox

Webhook Received

Fires when a webhook payload hits a connected project

From the Global Integrations page

Connect your Integration

Go to Sandbox Integrations, choose your platform — Slack, Discord, Teams, Telegram, or Custom Webhook — and follow the connection steps. Test the connection before saving.

Select your Inboxes

Choose which inboxes and projects should trigger alerts on this integration. Only selected inboxes will fire notifications.

Start Receiving Alerts

Every event from your selected inboxes fires an alert on your connected platform immediately. No further configuration needed.

From within an Inbox

Connect your Integration

Open any inbox, go to its settings, and connect your platform directly. The integration is automatically scoped to that inbox.

Start Receiving Alerts

Alerts fire immediately for every event in that inbox. Done.

One inbox can fire alerts to Slack, Discord, Teams, Telegram, and a custom webhook simultaneously. A single integration can also cover multiple inboxes.

USE CASES

Your team, connected to every Inbox Event

QA team gets a Slack alert when the OTP arrives

Your QA engineer is testing the 2FA login flow. Instead of watching the TOTP inbox, they get a Slack notification the moment the OTP lands. One less tab. One less question asked over Slack.

Internal dashboard updates on every email received

Connect a custom webhook to your internal monitoring dashboard. Every email that lands in your staging inbox fires a JSON payload to your endpoint — keeping your dashboard in sync with your test environment in real time.

A client gets notified when their email template is ready for Review

You've built a new email flow for a client. Instead of sending a Slack message manually when you're done testing, connect their inbox to a custom webhook that pings your client portal. Automated, professional, no extra steps.

DevOps gets a Discord alert when a webhook payload hits Staging

Your DevOps engineer needs to know the moment a Stripe webhook lands in staging. Connect the webhook project to Discord. Every payload triggers an instant message — event type, payload preview, and a direct link to inspect it.

FAQ'S

The things developers ask about Integrations

How many integrations can I connect at once?

As many as you need. Connect Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, Telegram, and a custom webhook all at the same time — each scoped to whichever inboxes and projects you choose.

Can I scope an integration to a specific inbox instead of my whole account?

Yes. Connect an integration globally from the Integrations page, or from inside a single inbox so only that inbox's events trigger it.

What information is included in an alert?

Every alert includes the event type (email, SMS, or webhook), the inbox or project name, the sender or source, a subject/payload preview, and a direct link back into Sandbox.

Do integrations fire for every event, or can I filter them?

By default, every event in a connected inbox fires an alert — no filtering. This keeps the setup simple and guarantees your team never misses an event.

Can I disconnect or swap an integration later?

Yes, at any time. Disconnecting an integration stops alerts immediately without affecting the inbox or any of your existing data.

THE ZUNOY SANDBOX SUITE
